Washington ferry RV fare table
Find your length band down the side and your crossing across the top. If your rental is under 30 feet, you need its exterior height as well, because the fare roughly doubles above 7 feet 2 inches. Only 33 of 473 Seattle listings publish that number, so ask the host.

Paying by card
Washington State Ferries adds a 3% cost recovery surcharge to all credit and debit card transactions from 1 March 2026, directed by the Washington State Legislature under RCW 47.60.860. On the dearest crossing in this table that is $7.70 added to a single tall sub-30 foot fare.
Worked examples
- A 24 foot travel trailer standing over 7 feet 2 inches, crossing anacortes to friday harbor and back, pays $256.75 each way, so $513.50 round trip, or $528.91 paying by card.
- A 24 foot travel trailer standing over 7 feet 2 inches, crossing seattle to bainbridge island and back, pays $79.00 each way, so $158.00 round trip, or $162.74 paying by card.
- A 24 foot travel trailer standing over 7 feet 2 inches, crossing edmonds to kingston and back, pays $79.00 each way, so $158.00 round trip, or $162.74 paying by card.
